CrockPot Chicken With Biscuits

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 pounds of chicken breast halves
cut into large chunks
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 cup of chopped celery
1 can each condensed cream of chicken soup &
cream of mushroom Undiluted
1/4 teaspoon of dried leaf of thyme
1/4 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
dash of black pepper
2 cups of frozen mixed veggies thawed
6 frozen biscuits or refrigerator biscuitsRecipe
In a CrockPot layer the chunks of uncooked chicken breast with chopped onion and celery
combine the soup and gravy with the poultry
season and thyme and pepper.
Pour over the chicken
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours
add the thawed veggies turn the cooker on high and
cook for 20 to 30 minutes until veggies are tender
meanwhile bake the biscuits as directed on the package split the biscuits - spoon on some of the chicken & vegetables over the bottom of
the biscuit put the top half of the biscuit over
the chicken and gravy mix.
