CrockPot Seasoned Pork Chops

* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 2 tsp salt
* 1 tsp dry mustard
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 6 pork loin chops (about 3/4 inch thick) trimmed
* 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 (10 3/4 ounces)cream of chicken soup, undiluted
* 1/3 cup waterRecipe
In a shallow bowl or food storage bag, combine flour, salt, mustard, paprika, and garlic powder; dredge or toss pork chops to coat well. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the chops on both sides in oil. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. If desired, thicken juices and serve with the pork chops.
Makes 6 servings.
