    List of Ingredients




    1 lb cooked Pinto Beans
    1 1/2 to 2 lb lean Ground Round
    1 (10 oz) can French Onion Soup
    10 drops Tavasco Sauce
    1 6 oz can Tomato Paste
    1 Tbs Chilli Powder
    3 tsp Cumin
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 8 oz cam Tomato Sauce

    Recipe



    Brown meat, in a lg skillet, drain off any fat, flash blend soup 15 seconds
    (with a hand held blender) Pour over meat & simmer.
    Add spices, tabasco sauce, tomato paste & sauce.
    Simmer 20 min or so.(adjust seasoning to your own taste)

    Mix with pinto beans in a large dutch oven pan.
    Simmer 30 minutes or so.
