    Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 Cup Butter
    4-1oz Squares Unsweetened Chocolate
    2 Cups Flour Divided
    2 Cups Sugar
    3 Eggs
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    Powdered Sugar for rolling

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300 degree

    Melt butter & Chocolate over low heat. Cool.
    Combine melted Chocolate mixture with
    1 cup of the Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Baking Powder & Salt beat until well mixed.
    Stir in remaining Flour, Cover & refriggerate until firm, at least 2 hrs.
    Shape rounded teaspoonfulls of dough into 1 inch balls, roll in Powered Sugar.
    Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 12-15 minutes or until firm to the touch.

    DO NOT OVERBAKE

    Remove from cookie sheet, cool on wire racks.
