    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 stick (8 Tblsp.) butter, softened
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    4 Tblsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 cup crabmeat, drained well
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Beat cream cheese and margarine, add flour. Chill dough for one hour.
    Shape into twenty-four 1-inch balls. Press into small muffin tins. Bake for 5 minutes in 350° F. oven.

    Combine egg, cream, Parmesan cheese, crabmeat and salt. Pour mixture into muffin tins. Reduce oven temperature to 325° F.; bake for 15 minutes longer. Serve warm.
