    1 lb. light smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2 -inch rounds
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits packed in pineapple juice
    4 oz. (1/2 cup) apple jelly
    1 Tblsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tblsp. prepared horseradish

    Recipe



    Brown sausage slices in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, turning once. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into a crockpot and serve hot with toothpicks. Makes 12 appetizer servings.
