    4 oz. half and half
    4 oz. water or chicken stock
    4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (10 oz. pkg.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and squeezed dry
    Cayenne to taste
    8 oz. sour cream
    Juice of 1 lemon

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in stockpot and melt together over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips.
