    1 lb. beef cubed steak, cut into 1" strips
    2 egg whites
    4 Tblsp. cornstarch
    4 Tblsp. soy sauce
    1 cup of Bisquick
    2/3 cup of water

    Recipe



    Mix egg whites, cornstarch, and soy sauce well and add beef strips. Set aside.

    Mix Bisquick and water well and add to beef mixture. Mix together well (coating all meat) and deep fry a few pieces at a time (so they don't stick together - keep in a warm oven until all are done) until golden. Serve with cocktail sauce, Thousand Island dressing, or whatever other dipping sauce tickles your fancy.
