    List of Ingredients




    2 cups dark corn syrup
    1/3 cup dark brown sugar
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Combine syrup, sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat. Stir in pecans and vanilla extract. Simmer for 5 minutes. Ladle hot syrup into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Adjust 2-piece lids, and water bath for 10 minutes. Yield: about 4 half pints.
