    Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    16 oz. pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 cup chicken broth
    4 Tblsp. brown sugar
    4 Tblsp. bottled teriyaki sauce
    2 Tblsp. dry mustard
    1-1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    Hot cooked rice

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except rice in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Stir before serving over hot cooked rice.
