Broccoli Rice and Cheese Casserole

1 pkg. frozen broccoli florets
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tblsp. butter
2 cups cooked rice
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
grated cheese
Recipe
Sauté onion in butter until soft. Place frozen broccoli in colander, run hot tap water over and rinse well. Place soups in bowl and thin with 1/2 cup milk. Combine onion, rice, broccoli, and soup mixture and stir. Pour into greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Bake, covered, 20 minutes in a 350° F. oven. Uncover and top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts and browns lightly.
