    Hummingbird Cake - part 2

    Frosting for Hummingbird cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (16 ounce) package confectioners sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peacans


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add confectioners surgar and beat again until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and peacans.
    2. To assemble cake:
      Sandwhich layers together with frosting, then swirl remaining frosting over top and sides of cake
