Spinach Balls

This is a great recipe and it makes a lot.
List of Ingredients
2-10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
3-cups Pepperidge Farm Italian style stuffing,crushed
1 large onion chopped fine
4 eggs well beaten
1/2 cup(1 stick)melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup finely grated fresh parmesan cheese
1-1/4 teaspoons of garlic salt
Cayenne Pepper to taste.
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325.Butter a baking sheet.
Cook the spinach as directed on package.Squeeze out liquid.
Place spinach in a large bowl,add stuffing,onions,eggs.butter,cheese,garlic salt,and caynne pepper,mix well.
Form into 3/4 inch balls and place on the baking sheet.Bake 15-20 minutes,until golden brown.
They may be frozen before baking,but then require 25-30 minutes baking time.
You can subsitute other herb stuffing.
