    dash of salt
    6 slices bread
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    butter
    maple syrup

    Recipe



    Beat together egg, milk, salt, spices, & vanilla. Heat pan over med-high heat. Spray pan w/PAM. Dunk each side of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Put in pan, & cook on both sides til golden. Serve w/butter & syrup
