    No Bake Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

    Recipe Introduction

    Great for a simple fall dessert.

    List of Ingredients

    4 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    8 oz. carton of thawed cool whip
    9" graham cracker crust
    1 cup cold milk & 1 Tbsp. milk
    2 pkgs 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
    15 oz. can pumpkin
    1 tsp.cinnamon,1/2 tsp.ginger,1/4 tsp.cloves



    Recipe

    In a small mixing bowl,combine the cream cheese,sugar and 1 Tbsp. of milk.
    Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.
    Spoon into crust.
    In another bowl whisk cold milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
    Let stand 2-3 minutes till soft set.
    Stir in pumpkin and spices.
    Spread over cream cheese layer.
    Top with remaining whipped topping.
    Chill 3 hours 6-8 servings.
