    Rhubarb Nut Bread

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. nuts

    Topping:
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter

    Recipe



    Mix together in order given. Sprinkle topping on top of each loaf and bake.

    Bake at 325* for 40 min or until done. Yield 2 loaves. Be sure to grease and flour each loaf pan.
