    12 oz. heavy cream
    2 oz. water
    3 eggs
    1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    Grease 8" tart pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Bring to a boil the cream and water, turn down temperature add cheese and stir until smooth. Add seasoning and remove from heat. In a small bowl whip eggs until light in color. Add a small amount of hot cheese mixture. Continue incorporating the eggs into the cheese mixture, stirring well. Pou mixture into pan, bake 40 minutes.
