    A very moist bread that keeps for a very long time.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3-1/3 Cups sifted flour
    • 2 Tsp. baking soda
    • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1 Cup chopped pecans
    • 3 Cups sugar
    • 1 Cup oil
    • 4 eggs
    • 2/3 cups water
    • 2 Cups canned pumpkin


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry ingredients together.
    2. Add remaining ingredients.
    3. Mix until smooth.
    4. Grease three 9x5-inch loaf pans. Fill each 1/3 full.
    5. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
    6. TIP: To slice thinly, refrigerate.
