    A delicious treat that's fun to eat.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 1 Cup oil
    • 2 Cups sugar
    • 1 can pumpkin
    • 2 Cups flour
    • 2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 2 Tbs. cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. ginger
    • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    • Frosting:
    • 4 oz. cream cheese, soft
    • 3 Tbs. butter, soft
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 to 2-1/2 Cups powdered sugar
    • 1 Tbs. milk, if needed


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    2. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
    3. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
    4. Pour into greased and floured 12x8x1-inch pan.
    5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
    6. Frosting:
    7. Beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
    8. Add 2 to 2-1/2 Cups powdered sugar to give desired consistency.
    9. Add milk if needed to make spreadable.
