Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

List of Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup oil
- 2 Cups sugar
- 1 can pumpkin
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbs. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- Frosting:
- 4 oz. cream cheese, soft
- 3 Tbs. butter, soft
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 to 2-1/2 Cups powdered sugar
- 1 Tbs. milk, if needed
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
- Pour into greased and floured 12x8x1-inch pan.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
- Frosting:
- Beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
- Add 2 to 2-1/2 Cups powdered sugar to give desired consistency.
- Add milk if needed to make spreadable.
