    Zucchini Bread

    This is a sweet bread, good for a dessert too. Will make 4 loaf pans.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 4 C sugar
    • 1 C oil
    • 3 C grated zucchini
    • 3 1/2 C flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp soda
    • 1 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 3/4 tsp powder
    • 1 C raisins
    • 1 C chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Grease and flour 4 loaf pans.
    2. Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
    3. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each.
    4. Pour evenly into the loaf pans. Fill 1/2 way full ONLY, the batter rises alot!
    5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
