Coca-Cola Cake
List of Ingredients
CAKE:
~2 sticks butter
~1 C coke
~2 sq unsweetened chocolate*
~1/2 C buttermilk*
~1/2 C marshmallows
~2 eggs
~1 tsp vanilla
~1/2 tsp salt
~1 tsp baking soda
~2 C flour
~2 C sugar
ICING:
~1 C pecans, chopped
~1 stick butter
~3 Tbs cocoa
~6 Tbs coke
~1 box 10x sugar
~1 tsp vanilla
Recipe
CAKE:
1. Boil butter, coke and chocolate. Remove from heat.
2. Add buttermilk, marshmallows and eggs. Stir well.
3. Add vanilla, salt and baking soda. Stir well.
4. Stir in flour and sugar.
5. Pour into an ungreased 11x9 pan and bake at 350 for 20-
25 minutes.
ICING:
1. Boil butter, cocoa and coke. Remove from heat.
2. Add 10x sugar, vanilla and nuts.
3. Pour over cake while hot.
* If you don't have chocolate squares use 6 Tbs cocoa and
2 Tbs oil.
* If you don't have buttermilk use 1/2-1 Tbs vinegar and
enough milk to make 1/2 cup.
