    Potato Green Bean Casserole

    This is a microwave recipe.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 16 oz can green beans, drained
    • 2 T butter
    • 4 or 5 potatos, diced
    • 1 C ham pieces
    • 2 T flour
    • 1 1/2 C water
    • salt & pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in casserole dish.
    2. Add onion, microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
    3. Add flour, stir. Add water, stir.
    4. Microwave 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
    5. Add potatos, beans, meat and salt and pepper. Stir well.
    6. Microwave 20 minutes, stirring every 4-5 minutes.
    7. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
