    Irresistable Peanut Butter Cookies

    YUMMY!! Will make 2-3 dozen cookies, depending on how big you want them.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 C peanut butter
    • 1/2 C crisco
    • 1 1/4 C packed brown sugar
    • 3 T milk
    • 1 T vanilla
    • 1 egg
    • 1 3/4 C flour
    • 3/4 tsp salt
    • 3/4 tsp soda


    Instructions


    1. Combine the peanut butter, crisco, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla.
    2. Beat on medium speed until blended.
    3. Combine flour, salt, and soda in small bowl.
    4. Add to first mixture and mix until well blended.
    5. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart.
    6. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes.
    7. Cool on sheet 2 minutes before removing.
