    Coconut Suprise Cake

    If you like Coconut, You will love this cake!! And it is very low-fat!!

    Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 White Cake Mix
    • 3 Egg whites
    • 1 1/4 cups Water
    • 1/3 cup Applesauce
    • 2 Tablespoons Flour
    • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip - lite but not fat-free (softened)
    • 1 (12oz) package Coconut
    • 1 can fat-free Eagle Brand sweetened-condensed milk,or any other brand.


    Instructions


    1. Blend cake mix, egg whites, water and applesauce in a large mixing bowl, on low speed of electric mixer, until moistened. Beat for 2 minutes at high speed.
    2. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 pan.
    3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately punch hole all over cake with a plastic straw or toothpick.
    4. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over top, use all of the milk.
    5. Allow cake to completely cool. Spread Cool Whip on top and cover with the Coconut. Refrigerate.
