In mixer bowl beat cake mix, eggs, water applesauce and flour together, on low speed until moistened, the beat 2 minutes at med. speed.
Pour int 13x9-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 38 minutes.
TOPPING
Over low heat, in a sauce pan add milk, 1 cup sugar and marshmallows and melt. Add coconut.
Poke about 25 holes in warm cake with a plastic straw. Pour this coconut mixture over cake. Cool completely and put cake in Refrigerator for 1 hour before frosting
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
In a saucepan, 1 cup sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute , while stirring. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until all are melted. Pour over cold cake and spread.
