    Kiwi Fruit & Berries w/Ginger Sauce -- w
    Serves: 4

    1 c. vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
    2 T. finely chopped crystallized ginger
    4 large kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into six slices
    1/2 c. small strawberries, sliced
    1/2 c. red raspberries
    2 T. semisweet chocolate pieces
    1 tsp. shortening

    In a small mixing bowl, combine frozen yogurt and the crystallized ginger. Stir till yogurt softens to a sauce. Spoon 2 T. of the yogurt mixture onto each of the four dessert plates. On each plate arrange kiwi and strawberry slices over yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with raspberries.

    In a small saucepan heat chocolate pieces and shortening together over low heat, stirring constantly till melted. Drizzle chocolate in thin lines over fruit and yogurt mixture.

    One serving equals: 187 calories…5 gm fat (2 gm saturated…1 mg cholesterol…35 mg sodium…34 gm carbohydrate…1 gm fiber…3 gm protein +++WWP: 4
