    Strawberry Banana Granite -- e
    Serves: 5

    2 ripe medium bananas, peeled and sliced (about 2 cups
    2 c. unsweetened frozen strawberries (Do Not Thaw)
    1/4 c. no-sugar-added strawberry pourable fruit**

    Optional: fresh strawberries
    Optional Fresh mint leaves

    ** 3 T. no-sugar-added strawberry fruit spread combined with 1 T. warm water can be substituted.

    Place banana slices in plastic bag; freeze until firm

    Place frozen banana sliced and frozen strawberries in food processor container. Let stand 10 minutes for fruit to softer slightly. Add pourable fruit. Remove plunger from top of food processor to allow aid to be incorporated. Process until smooth, scraping down sides on container frequently. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint leaves, if desired. Freeze leftovers.
