    Blackberry-Peach Smoothie w/Walnuts -- w
    Serves: 3

    2 c. frozen sliced peaches
    1 c. blackberries
    1 c. orange juice
    3/4 c. copped soft silken tofu (about 4 oz.)
    1/4 c. honey
    2 T. fresh lemon juice
    2 T. chopped walnuts

    Place peaches and the next 5 ingredients (through lemon juice) in a blender; process until smooth. Top with walnuts.

    1-cup smoothie and 2 tsp. walnuts equals: 237 calories…4.7 gm fat (trace saturated…4.4 gm protein…47 gm carbohydrate…l4.5 gm fiber…0 cholesterol…7 mg sodium +++WWP:2
