    Frozen Banana Latte -- w
    Serves: 3 (about 1 cup each)

    1 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1 c. vanilla soy milk
    1/2 c. cubed soft silken tofu
    2 to 3 instant coffee granules
    2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen (about 1-1/2 cups)
    Optional: Ground cinnamon

    Place first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth and frothy. Sprinkle with cinnamon; if desired.

    1-cup equals: 208 calories…4.6 gm fat (1.3 gm saturated…6.7 gm protein…37.8 gm carbohydrate…1.9 gm fiber…7 mg cholesterol…0.9 mg sodium +++WWP:4
