    Vanilla Honey-Nut Smoothie
    Serves: 3 (1-cup each)

    2 c. vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
    1/2 c. vanilla soy milk
    1/2 c. fat-free milk
    1/3 c. cubed soft silken tofu
    1 T. creamy peanut butter
    1 T. honey
    Optional: 1 T. ground flaxseed

    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a blender, process until smooth. Sprinkle with flaxseed; if desired.

    One 1-cup serving equals: 270 calories…9 gm fat (2.8 saturated)…9.2 gm protein…41.5 gm carbohydrate…Trace fiber…14 mg cholesterol…117 mg sodium +++WWP:6
