    Yield: 2-1/2 cups

    1/2 cup chilled sliced ripe banana (about 1 small)
    3/4 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
    3/4 cup chilled cranberry juice cocktail
    1/2 cup skim milk

    Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
