    Cranberry-Lemon Bread in the Machine

    3/4 cup skim milk
    2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 whole egg
    1 teaspoon margarine
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 cups bread flour
    2 teaspoons sugar
    2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
    2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

    Add ingredients:
    1/2 cup dried cranberries

    Add ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order suggested by your manufacturer.

    Add cranberries during "Add ingredient" phase, usually about 40 minutes into the cycle.
