    Yield: 1 loaf (1-1/2 lbs.) – 16 slices

    1 c. skim milk (70º-80º)
    1 T. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
    3 c. bread flour
    1 T. sugar
    2-1/4 tsp. dry active yeast
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives

    In bread machine pan, place first 7 ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing ; add 1 to 2 T. of water or flour if needed).

    Just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this), add the olives.
