    Mint and Yogurt Bread - ABM

    The Bread Machine Baker
    Yield: 1 pound (Servings: 12)

    2 teaspoons yeast
    2 cups bread flour
    3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    2 tablespoons fresh mint -- chopped
    2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
    1 teaspoon butter
    1/4 cup water

    Add all the ingredients to the machine in the order listed. Choose either regular or light crust (depending on your preference) and push start.
