    Yield: 1 loaf (16 slices)

    1 c. pureed fresh or juice-packed pears
    2 T. lemon juice
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. bread flour
    1 T. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
    2 tsp. bread machine yeast

    Add bread ingredients to bread pan in order suggested by your manufacturer.

    One slice equals: 108 calories…0 fat…3 gm protein…22 gm carbohydrate…0 cholesterol…72 mg sodium ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 starch
