    Tutti Frutti Coffeecake

    1 1/2 cups bisquick RF baking mix
    1 (4 serving) pkg. Jello SF instant vanilla pudding
    2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
    1/4 cup (1 oz.) chopped walnuts
    1/3 cup (1 medium) mashed ripe banana
    1 egg or equivalent substitute
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (I used frozen)

    -Preheat oven to 350.
    -Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray.
    -In a large bowl, combine baking mix, dry pudding mix and dry milk powder . Stir in nuts.
    -In a small bowl, combine mashed banana, egg, vanilla, water and undrained pineapple. Gently fold in blueberres.
    -Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
    -Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick come out clean.
    -Place baking dish on a wire rack and allow to cool.
    -Cut into 8 servings.

    One serving equals: 184 calories, 4 g fat, 5 g protein, 32 g carbohydrate, 469 mg sodium, 100 mg calcium, 1 g fiber ++++ Exchanges: 1 starch/carb, 1 fruit, 1/2 fat ++++ WW Points: 4 per serving
