    Pizza Skillet Burgers -- e-w

    Pizza Skillet Burgers
    Serves 6

    16 oz extra lean ground turkey or beef
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/4 c chopped green peppers
    1 (10 3/4 oz)can healthy request tomato soup
    1/3 c (1 1/2 oz) shredded Kraft reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp JO's Pizza Seasoning
    6 reduced fat hamburger buns

    Hint: Substitute any reputable brand for Jo's Pizza Seasoning

    In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion and green pepper. Stir in tomato soup, mozzarella cheese, and JO's Pizza Sesoning. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is heated through. For each sandwich spoon about 1/2 cup mixture between a bun.

    -Each serving equals: 245 Calories, 9 gm Fat, 18 gm Protein, 23 gm Carbohydrate, 466 mg Sodium, 51 mg Cholesterol, 2 gm Fiber. ++++ Exchanges: 2 meat., 1-1/2 Starch ++++ WWP:5
