    Fat-Free Cream Cheese Frosting - e-w
    Yield: 4 cups

    1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. grapefruit juice
    1/2 c. cold fat-free milk
    2 3.4-oz. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 8-oz. carton frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed

    In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in juice and milk. Add pudding mix. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Store in refrigerator.

    1/3 c. equals: 119 calories…0 fat…2 mg cholesterol…346 mg sodium…24 gm carbohydrate…trace fiber…3 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 starch ++++ WWP: 7
