    VANILLA BUNDT CAKE

    1 package yellow cake mix -- reduced fat (1-lb, -- 2.25 oz.)
    8 ounces egg substitute
    1 package vanilla instant pudding mix -- 3.4 oz.
    1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup water
    Cooking spray

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray; beat at medium speed 2 minutes or until blended.

    Pour batter into a 12-cup Bundt pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350ºF for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan. Let cool completely on wire rack.
