    Bread: MCR: Bagel Chips

    Low-Fat & Light Four Ingredient Cookbook – Coffee & Cale

    Serves: 2

    1 low-fat bagel...... (Try assorted flavors)
    No Fat Butter Spray
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. Cajun seasoning

    Slice bagel into 1/4-in. thick rounds. Place in microwave bowl and cook on high for 1 minute. Gently stir. Continue in 1 minute increments, stirring after each minute, approximately 3 minutes.

    Watch Carefully. Chips should be crisp. (If over microwaved.. char spots will appear.)

    Remove from microwave and spray with butter spray and sprinkle with seasonings. Makes great chips for dips and spreads.

    One serving equals: 135 calories….0.25 gm fat…283 mg sodium…4 gm protein…29 gm carbohydrate…0 cholesterol…1.5 gm fiber ++++ WWP: 2
