    Salad: Sweet Slaw - - w

    Sweet Slaw - w

    Plan ahead…needs to refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Serves: 2

    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 T. shredded carrot
    2 T. finely chopped celery
    2 T. finely chopped green pepper

    Dressing:
    1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
    2 T. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 T. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 T. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients; pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 162 calories…10 gm fat (2 gm saturated)…11 mg cholesterol…409 mg sodium…18 gm carbohydrate…3 gm fiber…2 gm protein ++++ WWP: 3
