    Yield: 4 cups

    1-1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
    1-1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
    1 can (16 oz.) fat-free refried beans
    1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. reduced-fat sour cream
    1 T. salt-free taco seasoning

    In a bowl, combine cheeses; set aside 1 cup for topping. Add the next 5 ingredients to remaining ingredients.

    Transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray; sprinkle with reserved cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350-F for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables.
