    Spicy Black Bean Dip

    Recipe Introduction

    Spicy Black Bean Dip not only tastes sensational, but it is also nutritious. Guests will appreciate this low calorie, no fat, no cholesterol dip. Makes 12 servings

    1 can (15 ounces) black beans, undrained
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
    1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Red Pepper
    1 cup chopped tomatoes

    Drain beans, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Rinse and drain beans. Combine beans, reserved liquid, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic salt and red pepper in blender or food processor. Cover and process until beans are coarsely chopped.

    Transfer mixture to a small saucepan; cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
