    Easy Lemony Fish

    Source of Recipe

    Recipe du Jour - e-mail

    Recipe Introduction

Overcooking is the most common mistake in fish and seafood cookery. Fish loses its translucent appearance and becomes opaque when thoroughly cooked. Pierce the fish at the thickest point. If it flakes easily and the flesh falls from the bones, you know it is done. Easy Lemony Fish

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange fish in a 9x13" baking dish. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake fish, uncovered, for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
