    No Carbohydrate levels available. Salmon Patties
    WW Points
    Serves: 4

    2 c. flaked cooked salmon
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    4 slices whole wheat or oatmeal bread, crumbled
    2 T. reduced-fat mayonnaise
    2 T. chopped onion.

    In a medium bowl, gently mix all ingredients. Form into 4 patties. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add patties. Cook for 3 minutes. Turn and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until patties are firm and golden brown.

    One patty equals: 226 calories…8 gm fat (1 gm saturated…24 mg cholesterol…1 gm fiber… 265 mg sodium ++++ WWP: 5.5
