    Barbecued Flank Steak

    WW Points
    Makes 4 servings

    1 pound flank steak
    1/4 cup wine vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

    Mix marinate ingredients together well. Pour over steak, cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

    Remove from marinade and cook on grill or broil in your oven.
