    Cinnamon Scented Chicken Breasts (Grill)

    Pillsbury Best Chicken Cookbook
    Cinnamon Scented Chicken Breasts
    Makes 4 servings

    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon dried savory
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon curry powder
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

    In a large glass baking dish, combine the lemon juice, garlic, savory, dill, cinnamon and curry powder. Add the chicken and turn to coat all sides. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.

    Grill or broil the chicken for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
