    Garlic-Lime Pork Chops

    Plan ahead...needs to marinate at least 8 hours or overnight WW Points
    Exchanges
    Serves: 6

    1/3 c. fat-free Italian salad dressing
    1/3 c. salsa
    4-1/2 tsp. lime juice
    4-1/2 tsp. minced fresh cilantro…or…parsley
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1-1/4 tsp. grated lime peel
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    6 boneless lean pork loin chops (5 oz., each)

    In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Pour 1/2-cup into a large resealable plastic bag; add the pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.

    Drain and discard marinade from chops. Place on broiler pan rack. Broil 4-in. from the heat for 7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Baste with reserved marinade.

    One serving equals: 189 calories…6 gm fat (2 gm saturated)…90 mg cholesterol…194 mg sodium…2 gm carbohydrate…trace fiber…30 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 4 lean meat ++++ WWP: 4.7
