    The Low Fat Way to Cook 1993
    Dijon-Lemon Marinade -- w
    Yield: 1 cup

    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 T. Dijon mustard
    2 T. water
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. paprika

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate fish or poultry before cooking. Baste with remaining marinade while cooking.

    1 T. equals: 7 calories…0.2 gm fat…0.1 gm protein…1/4 gm carbohydrate….0 gm fiber…0 mg cholesterol…84 mg sodium+++WWP: 0
