    Garlic Marinade

    GARLIC MARINADE

    About 1/2-cup marinade

    2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh...or...1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    1 tablespoon water
    2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
    3 tablespoons red or white wine vinegar, dry sherry or apple juice

    Heat oil in l0-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until golden. Stir in rosemary, water, soy sauce and mustard; remove from heat. Stir in vinegar; cool. Use to marinate 1 pound beef, pork or chicken; bake, broil or grill meat.
